This is the first stage of any organization. The start-up phase.

This is the 2nd stage of any organization and also the stage most frequently omitted from any plan.
This is the solid foundation stage where the model has been proven and the next step is growth.

grow
This is the most famous stage in an organization's lifecycle as it signifies the start of a long period of market share growth, focus on revenue and little time for organizational tasks.

gauge
This is the change phase. It may come as a restructuring or simply as a change in business model and/or area of focus.​
Not important as a phase itself, but crucial in terms of the way it will be executed.

gather
This is the stage where the organization ceases to exist in its current form. This can be a winding down, a merger a takeover, or bankruptcy.​
Important stage as it determines next steps and allocation of assets.
